Beach Bums ~ Pacific Beach, California ~ Legoland!

Legoland. It was a long, but super fun day! We got there when the park opened, at 10am and stayed till close...8pm. Yes, we were there the entire day ;)

We started off going a a little boat ride and the creations they made with Legos are incredible! Here are just a few of the large statues...

WE walked around for a bit checking all the displays out, and then the boys found this...a carnival game. Since we don't go to many carnivals or fairs, Scott let them play. They played a game where they would for sure get a prize...and they both chose a stuffed blue giraffe. Connor and Hayden were happy campers...and Sophie was happy to sit in her stroller eating raisins while she waited for them!

Once they won their prizes, we headed over to a water area where Sophie played and the boys rode a pirate water boat. It was pretty cool, as they could squirt as they rode the ride!

Sophie LOVING the water and the swing...

And the boys trying to get me as they rode by!

As we headed over to the water park within Legoland, we came across a firehouse rock wall. Connor and Hayden climbed at the same time, both reaching the top and ringing the fire alarm!

The water park here was so great! All the structures looks like huge Lego pieces! Scott and Grandpa took the boys down the water slide that used a raft. The boys love it! Here is Grandpa at the top of the ride, just before they hopped on...

Meanwhile, Scott and Sophie were in the splash pool ;)

One of the last rides the boys rode were the race cars. Scott took the boys to get in line and noticed that you have to be at least 6 years old to ride. Soooo, he coached Hayden the entire line to say that he was 6 when they asked at the front. Connor was to say he was 7. When the time came, Connor said he was 6 ( he can't lie! ) and Hayden said he was....wait for it...6! He ran out  of those gates to a race car so fast LOL! That little s@$*t! Anyhow, we all were laughing so hard ;)

We definitely packed a lot into one day, but it was so worth it!
